Defining characteristics are most certainly the juniper hitting the nose straight away. Citrus notes of lemon and orange soon explode on the palate and leave a subtle earthy undertone of nettle and doc, a lingering woody taste from the silver birch makes this a real “ginny” gin for sure with a journey through time.
Best served with a wedge of lime to compliment the lemon and orange tones already in the gin and a light tonic on a bed of ice.
We do not allow packages to be left in bins or porches due to the content and local deliveries will only be attempted once.
Our deliveries take place 6 days a week between 3pm – 9pm. If you need a certain time within that window please add a note to your order.
Postal orders are tracked and usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
